The team at American Rooter Plumbing is the best of the best. We had a sewer backup days before our baby was born which ended up being a pretty complicated fix on our almost 100 year old home. Bradd explained everything and was the calm and steady problem solving how to resolve our issue. We came up with plans and decided together on options that would work best for our situation. At one point we had every person on their team helping us with our repair and replacement. Every person we met was respectful kind and considerate. It really seems that all of the employees love working for this company. Although our project was complicated and incredibly stressful, full of surprises and changes, the team at ARP was calm, kind and fixed every drain and waste pipe in our home. We are so thankful for all their hardwork, dedication to detail, and bringing our home and yard back to what it was as close as possible! Here are some photos during the process and how it looks now after my husband and I finished the detail work.

Garret showed up on time and looked at each of the issues and got right to work. He explained everything and showed me what he was doing and recommending. Very nice and professional. We had multiple items and he gave us several options based on critical need up to “nice to have” with associated pricing. Excellent service and we will be using them again. Glad to find a good local plumber!

Garrett did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we talked through the options. He was able to speak in detail about the situation and the proposed options. Once we decided, he performed great work and took his time to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you Garrett!!

Its hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find a great one. However the guys at American Rooter Plumbing have proven time and again to be nothing short of exceptional. I've used them twice, and both times they have gone above and beyond. Managing to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jarrod and Bryant (my plumbers from today) told me everything up front, no hidden charges or fees for thier services (deep clog in the shower drain). These guys are the top tier of what to expect from a plumbing service. They never give anything but thier best. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Jarrod was absolutely amazing!!! I had plumbing issues and he was the one who came. He explained the process step by step. He was very friendly and courteous . They cleaned up after the job. He even put a cover on for me. Thanks soooo much Jarrod you're truly appreciated.

Had a plumbing issue at our office. Reached out and was placed on the schedule same day. Quick diagnosis of the issue and 3 separate options were provided for repairs or upgrades. No pressure, just options. Work was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend to friends and family!

American Rooter is an amazing company. We decided to go with them based upon a friend’s recommendation. I checked out the reviews and scheduled an appointment to have my water main cleared of tree roots. I have an older home with clay pipes and two large maple trees in the front yard. The tech gave detailed information and options for both preventative maintenance of the old pipes and costs/pros of replacing them. They cleared the pipes and shared the camera images with me so I could see the extent of the root invasion. I didn’t get any scare tactic vibes or upselling. Thank you so much for the thorough, high quality, fair priced job well done! Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend to everyone! Lastly, all my interactions with the staff were great, but Jarrod was a rockstar and truly a pleasure to work with. I don’t know what you pay him, but you need to give him a raise!!

Bryant Hale did an amazing job for us today. He was on-time, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided us with options to solve our problem without any sales pressure. He made sure we understood what each option entailed so we could make an informed decision. He fixed our pipe issue and all is well again.
